About FAAS – Record to Report
The FAAS – R2R team provides end-to-end accounting, reporting, and financial advisory services for multinational clients. The team ensures timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting while delivering insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key services include:
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and consolidation
- Journal entries, allocations, and period-end adjustments
- Fixed asset accounting, project capitalization, and depreciation
- Variance analysis, analytical reviews, and KPI monitoring
- Technical accounting research and advisory
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, reconciliations, and consolidation processes.
- Manage a team of 6–10 members, including PMO activities.
- Oversee financial reporting activities under IFRS/US GAAP, UK GAAP.
- Develop SOPs, training materials, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, both internal and client-side.
- Support Senior Managers in business development and client engagements.
- Provide guidance on technical accounting issues and emerging standards.
- Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and escalation management.
Skills & Attributes
- Deep knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and UK GAAP.
- Strong experience in R2R, entity-level reporting, consolidation, and technical accounting advisory.
- Comfortable leading teams and mentoring staff.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and understanding of lease accounting.

Qualifications
- CA, ACCA (UK), CPA, or MBA from a reputed institute.
- 7–12 years of relevant experience including Entity/BU reporting, financial statement close, and MIS reporting.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel, as necessary.
