As part of the Assurance Service Line, you’ll work to inspire confidence and trust, protect public interest, and enable organizations to perform effectively in a complex business landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple FAAS and assurance engagements across sectors.
- Provide expert guidance on complex accounting and financial reporting issues.
- Oversee IFRS/US GAAP conversion, consolidation, and disclosure processes.
- Support clients in IPO preparation and other capital market transactions.
- Manage project teams, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.
- Review audit findings and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify growth opportunities.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Deep technical knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, Ind AS, US GAAP).
- Proven ability to manage large, complex assurance or FAAS projects.
- Strong leadership, team management, and client-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Agile, detail-oriented, and innovative approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
- Experience: Significant post-qualification experience in assurance, financial reporting, or advisory roles, preferably within a Big 4 or consulting environment.
