Key Responsibilities
As an IBM AI Developer – Cognitive Services at EY, you will:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using IBM Watson, Rasa, Botpress, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Work with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including intent recognition, entity extraction, and conversational flow design.
- Build scalable cloud-hosted applications on Azure.
- Integrate REST APIs, messaging platforms, and UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Implement Watson AI tools such as Assistant, Discovery, NLU, Speech Services, and Knowledge Studio.
- Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and establish best practices.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and enterprise-ready solutions with strong architectural design.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies to align with EY’s digital transformation goals.
Required Skills
- AI & NLP Tools: IBM Watson, Rasa, NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers.
- Programming: Python (OOP, data structures, Pandas, NumPy), Node.js.
- Conversational AI: Dialogue design, multi-turn conversation handling, context management.
- Frontend: React, Angular, Vue, API integration, state management (Redux Toolkit/Context API).
- Cloud Development: Azure-hosted applications, secure and scalable architecture.
- Data & AI/ML: REST API integration, scikit-learn, OpenAI SDKs.
