Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of junior and senior developers.
- Act as a team lead, maintaining effective communication and reporting progress to managers.
- Foster collaboration and encourage knowledge sharing within the team.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables across projects.
BPM Development & Delivery
- Design, develop, and maintain IBM BPM/BAW solutions for clients.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide status updates.
- Contribute to technical architecture, unit test cases, and accelerators.
- Ensure compliance with EY policies, including timesheet, leave management, and quality protocols.
- Build and maintain technical assets and reusable components.
Client & Operational Excellence
- Maintain productive client and onsite relationships.
- Exceed client expectations through effective problem-solving and BPM expertise.
- Participate in QA, deployment, and support as required.
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in BPM solutions.
Skills and Attributes
- Hands-on experience in IBM BPM versions 7.5, 8.5.6, 8.5.7, BAW v18/19.
- Expertise in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), IBM Business Process Manager (BPM), and IBM Case Manager.
- Knowledge of IBM Blueworks Live, IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM).
- Familiarity with standards such as BPMN 2.0, BPEL, CMIS, PMML, WS-*, JSR-286, JMS, JAX-WS.
- Strong Java/J2EE and relational database (SQL/DB2) experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to new technologies.
Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Science, or MCA.
- 3-7 years of experience in BPM development, preferably with Big 4 or panelled SI/ITeS companies.
- Proven track record in delivering quality BPM solutions on time.
