Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Ensure monthly and annual sales targets across all décor categories are achieved.
- Drive secondary sales through shop staff training and customer activations.
- Coordinate material delivery to retailers and monitor stock availability.
Dealer & Network Management
- Sustain and expand the existing dealer network in the assigned geography.
- Monitor outstanding payments and collections from customers.
- Act as a single point of contact for all dealer-related queries.
Customer Engagement
- Interact with end customers, architects, and interior designers to support secondary sales.
- Address customer issues promptly and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
- Facilitate customer activations and promotional initiatives.
Operational Excellence
- Train store staff and ensure adherence to sales and operational guidelines.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback for process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align category-level plans and initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage dealers and maintain customer relationships.
- Experience in decor or retail sales preferred.
- Excellent organizational, reporting, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any stream.
- Prior experience in decor sales, retail, or customer engagement is a plus.
