Key Responsibilities
Business Objectives
- Conduct site-level customization of admixture formulations to meet client performance requirements.
- Test formulations for desired performance parameters and provide samples for client evaluation.
- Drive growth and penetration of admixture products in project sales segments through lead conversions.
Technical Assistance
- Formulate specialized concrete designs like self-compacting concrete and precast concrete.
- Provide technical support pre- and post-sales at project sites.
- Conduct on-site sampling to build client confidence in Asian Paints products.
Market Development
- Build long-term relationships with stakeholders such as RMCs, contractors, and site QA/QC in-charges.
- Identify and convert non-APL business stakeholders through product demonstrations.
Market Intelligence
- Collect and analyze competitor product samples to drive product improvements.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and R&T teams for product development based on market feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
- B.E / B.Tech (Civil) from Tier III/IV institutes.
- Minimum 50% marks throughout education without backlogs.
- Full-time graduation.
Desired:
- Advanced course in Concrete Technology.
- 1–8 years’ experience in RMC or Admixture companies.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Strong technical aptitude in concrete and admixture products.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Willingness for extensive travel to project sites.
