Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java-based backend services for enterprise applications.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions and integrate with various data sources.
- Utilize Kafka for messaging and data streaming in backend systems.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to manage and optimize data storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance backend solutions.
- Support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) integrations where applicable.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices in backend development.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize backend systems for high reliability and performance.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Java backend development.
- Experience with Cloud platforms and Cloud Native development (WNCP preferred).
- Hands-on knowledge of Kafka, SQL, and NoSQL technologies.
- Exposure to WMS or enterprise application integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 4-5 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, Kafka messaging, SQL/NoSQL databases, and WMS systems.
- Prior experience in enterprise application development or integration projects is a plus.
