Key Responsibilities
As a Developer (L4) – PEGA, your responsibilities include:
- Requirement Analysis & Design
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible designs
- Conduct system flow analysis, data usage studies, and root cause investigations
- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers on technical capabilities
- Development & Coding
- Design, code, and implement software applications with a focus on PEGA platforms
- Modify software to fix errors, enhance performance, and integrate with new systems
- Develop test cases, perform automation, and validate software quality
- Ensure error-free, bug-free, and optimized code deployment
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project specifications
- Conduct validation testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs
- Track quality metrics and ensure compliance with project norms
- Customer Interaction & Support
- Capture client feedback to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide timely support, reports, and communication throughout the lifecycle
- Deliver solutions aligned with customer expectations and business goals
Required Skills
- Mandatory Expertise: PEGA
- Strong understanding of SDLC, system design, coding, and testing
- Hands-on experience in software validation, troubleshooting, and automation
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Qualifications
- Experience: 5–8 years in software development and PEGA applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)
- Certifications in PEGA CSA, CSSA, or related modules are an added advantage
