Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage working capital projects focusing on cash flow optimization across receivables, payables, and inventory.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members for project delivery excellence.
- Conduct data-driven analytics and develop dashboards using Excel, Alteryx, and Power BI.
- Identify operational levers to improve working capital efficiency and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-border teams and stakeholders to deliver complex M&A and post-merger integration engagements.
- Prepare high-quality deliverables, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and clients.
- Support business development, including client meetings, presentations, and pursuit of new opportunities.
- Build relationships with global Deloitte offices to leverage best practices and international expertise.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of cash flow metrics, working capital processes, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Expertise in order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, or forecast-to-fulfil business processes.
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools: Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Access.
- Excellent project management and team leadership capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to drive change management and deliver measurable business results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics.
- MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant management consulting or finance experience.
- Track record of delivering working capital improvement, supply chain optimization, or cash enhancement projects.
- Prior transaction or M&A experience is advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen and market awareness.
- Fluent in English, with excellent report writing and review skills.
