Key Responsibilities
Business Analyst (BA) Role
- Analyze, document, and interpret business requirements in the banking and finance domain
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide data-driven insights
- Work on credit lending and regulatory compliance use cases
- Support project delivery by defining functional requirements and business solutions
Project Manager / Product Owner (PM/PO) Role
- Lead end-to-end project execution in wholesale banking transformation
- Manage project scope, schedule, and risk across teams
- Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks such as Basel norms
- Collaborate with business leaders, data specialists, and developers
Essential Skills & Competencies
- In-depth understanding of wholesale banking, especially credit risk, regulatory risk, and transformation
- Proven experience in Basel frameworks, risk compliance, and governance
- Strong project management capabilities, preferably in financial services
- Excellent data analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to drive projects independently and in cross-functional setups
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields
- Experience in Agile delivery models
- Familiarity with financial risk tools and platforms
- Prior consulting experience in Big 4 or top-tier advisory firms is a plus
- Excellent command of MS Office, risk modeling, and reporting tools
