Key Responsibilities
As a Deputy Manager – Cloud Security, you will:
- Lead threat-based risk assessments and business impact analyses across diverse cloud platforms.
- Conduct cloud infrastructure security reviews to evaluate compliance with industry best practices.
- Assess and design cloud security architectures for AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI.
- Evaluate cloud security controls to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Prepare cloud risk assessment reports and security documentation.
- Collaborate with clients to scope assessments, gather evidence, and document findings.
- Communicate cloud information security risks effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and refine cloud security policies, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Stay updated with evolving cloud-native security technologies, Zero Trust principles, and compliance frameworks.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, or Engineering.
- 6–8+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting with a focus on cloud security.
- Cloud security certifications: CCSK, CCSP, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience conducting cloud risk assessments and security control evaluations.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CSA CCM, CIS benchmarks.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Expertise in Zero Trust, IAM, SIEM, IDS/IPS, cryptography, web application firewalls, Kubernetes, and container security.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native tools and compliance monitoring services.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently as well as in collaborative teams.
