Key Responsibilities
As a Data Architect Manager at EY Digital Consulting, you will:
- Develop and implement data strategies and architecture aligned with business goals.
- Architect end-to-end data lifecycle solutions – ingestion, transformation, modeling, and consumption.
- Design cloud-native data solutions using Azure services (ADF, DataBricks, Synapse, Cosmos DB, MS Fabric).
- Lead initiatives in data governance, master data management, data security, and data quality.
- Manage Big Data platforms including Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and Kafka.
- Oversee data visualization and analytics with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SAP BO.
- Guide teams in applying software development best practices for scalable and secure data solutions.
- Present data architecture strategies to stakeholders with clear, impactful communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Technical Expertise:
- Azure Data Platform (ADF, DataBricks, Synapse, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Event Hub).
- Data governance tools (Azure Purview), data security, and virtualization.
- Big Data tools (Hadoop ecosystem, Spark, Kafka, Hive).
- Scripting and automation using Python and Shell.
- Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, SAP BO).
- Analytical & Consulting Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Experience in managing client relationships and consulting engagements.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Team leadership and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Finance, or related field (BE/BTech/MCA/MBA).
