Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Consultant at Deloitte Pune, you will:
- Support digital PODs delivering Salesforce-powered solutions for marketing, sales, and subscription management.
- Gather and analyze requirements, define scope, and document workflows.
- Lead Agile ceremonies – scrum calls, backlog refinements, sprint reviews.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to define technical requirements and align with client processes.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issue resolutions to stakeholders.
- Drive change management activities, including training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Continuously improve processes and support large-scale, multi-channel campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- 4+ years in Salesforce, Copado, or enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (planning, prioritization, execution).
- Excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience working with global, cross-functional, multi-time-zone teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Business/Technology.
- Salesforce Certifications.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing software solutions.
- Knowledge of Miro or similar visualization tools.
- Exposure to multicultural and multilingual environments.
