Summary
Deloitte India LLP is hiring a Consultant – Salesforce to join its Technology & Transformation (T&T), Customer Sales & Service team. This role is ideal for Salesforce professionals with 3–5 years of experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds, and at least 1–2 end-to-end Salesforce implementations. As a Salesforce Consultant at Deloitte, you’ll design and deliver Salesforce solutions, manage client relationships, and lead teams to drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Consultant at Deloitte, you will:
- Take responsibility for workstreams, deliverables, and client satisfaction.
- Develop solutions using Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, Industry Clouds (Heroku/e-commerce a plus).
- Conduct design workshops, client demos, and system design reviews.
- Prepare requirements, effort estimates, design documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals.
- Manage risks, issues, and escalation during Salesforce projects.
- Lead multi-member project teams and mentor junior members.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and apply best practices in Force.com implementations.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3–5 years of Salesforce experience with at least 1–2 full-cycle implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Lightning, Salesforce integrations, and platform capabilities.
- Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Communities / Marketing Cloud / Industry Clouds.
- Experience in client management, solution design, and project delivery.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred
- Knowledge of Heroku and Salesforce e-commerce solutions.
- Experience preparing and delivering client demos and workshops.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
