Summary
Deloitte India LLP is hiring a Salesforce Consultant to join its Technology & Transformation practice in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of Salesforce consulting or solution design experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds. As a Consultant, you’ll design and deliver Salesforce solutions, manage client relationships, and lead project teams while working on large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Consultant at Deloitte, you will:
- Design and deliver Salesforce-based solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, Industry Clouds).
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning and integration features.
- Manage end-to-end project workstreams, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
- Prepare key deliverables, including system design, effort estimates, requirement docs, test plans, and training manuals.
- Lead and mentor multi-member project teams.
- Conduct client demos, workshops, and solution design sessions.
- Proactively identify risks/issues and provide mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on global technology trends and incorporate them into solution recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Mandatory Salesforce experience (configuration, customization, and implementation).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning, integrations, and project methodologies.
- Hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds.
- At least 1–2 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce solutions (preferred).
- Experience in client management, solution design, and team leadership.
- Strong organizational skills, with proven ability to deliver against deadlines.
- Familiarity with Force.com best practices.
