Key Responsibilities

Billing & Invoicing

• Generate and issue accurate, high-volume invoices based on service agreements and client usage.
• Verify billing data integrity and resolve discrepancies before invoice release.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client-specific billing requirements.
• Maintain and update client billing information in financial systems.

Collections & Accounts Receivable

• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue invoices.
• Proactively engage clients to manage collections via emails, calls, and other communication channels.
• Develop positive client relationships to facilitate timely payments and negotiate payment plans where necessary.
• Process incoming payments accurately, including checks, ACH, and credit card transactions.

Reconciliation & Reporting

• Conduct regular client account reconciliations to ensure payments are correctly posted.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies such as short payments or overpayments.
• Prepare and share periodic reports on billing, collections, and accounts receivable status with management.
• Assist in month-end closing and support financial audits as needed.

Dispute Resolution & Customer Service

• Serve as the primary contact for client billing inquiries and payment disputes.
• Research and resolve billing disputes professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer support teams to address billing-related client issues.

• Expertise in aging report analysis and dispute resolution tracking.
• Understanding of cash flow management and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) monitoring.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis for billing and collection issues.

Education & Location

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), MBA (Finance), or Bachelor of Accounting and Finance (BAF).
