Key Responsibilities
- Test Automation Development
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
- Build comprehensive test scripts and suites for regression and functional testing.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and related tools.
- Collaboration & Quality Assurance
- Partner with QA, development, and DevOps teams to implement best practices.
- Support manual testing when required.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and ensure defect resolution.
- Leadership & Strategy
- Mentor junior automation engineers.
- Drive automation strategy, governance, and process improvements across projects.
- Ensure consistent coding standards, performance optimization, and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–9 years of hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Strong expertise in automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Maven, Git.
- Familiarity with test planning, execution, and defect logging.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
