Summary

Wipro is hiring a highly skilled BeyondTrust PAM Architect to design and manage enterprise-level Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. This role is ideal for cybersecurity professionals with expertise in BeyondTrust PAM architecture, IT security frameworks (NIST, CIS, SANS), risk analysis, and secure infrastructure design. As a PAM Architect, you will play a key role in shaping security strategy, mitigating cyber threats, leading architecture planning, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity Strategy & Architecture

• Design and implement enterprise-wide PAM and security strategies.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analysis for business processes, IT operations, and technology projects.
• Identify and mitigate current and emerging cybersecurity threats.
• Recommend enhancements to network, endpoint, data security, and compliance controls.
• Provide best-fit product analysis ensuring layered security, zoning, API security, and integration.

Technical Leadership & Deployment

• Support deployment, configuration, and administration of BeyondTrust PAM solutions.
• Lead technical design for custom cybersecurity solutions aligned with client needs.
• Perform security assessments against frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and SANS.
• Drive incident, change, problem, and configuration management processes.
• Provide disaster recovery support during cyber incidents.

Stakeholder Coordination & Audit Support

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on cybersecurity concerns.
• Maintain an information security risk register and support audit readiness.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees and customers.
• Support sales teams by providing security design assurance for RFPs and proposals.

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in BeyondTrust PAM architecture, implementation, and management.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, SANS, CIS).
• Experience in risk assessment, security audits, and compliance management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in cybersecurity incidents.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in cybersecurity roles, with direct experience in PAM solutions.
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Certifications (preferred):
  • BeyondTrust PAM Certification
  • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certifications
  • ITIL Foundation
