Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and map out manual business processes within Amazon Pay for automation potential.
- Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using RPA tools and scripting languages like VBA and C#.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot, fix issues, and ensure smooth deployment of automation projects into production.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor automated processes and track key success metrics.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to gather requirements, validate process designs, and implement scalable automation solutions.
- Continuously optimize automation bots to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts across Amazon Pay operations.
- Support the Drive-to-Zero initiative by expanding automation coverage across multiple business units.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements for existing automated processes.
Essential Skills
- Strong experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development and deployment.
- Proficiency in automation scripting languages such as VBA and C#.
- Solid understanding of SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and implement innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in data analytics or automation.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing education in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related areas.
