🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules: ITSM, HRSD, GRC, CMDB, ITOM, and custom apps
- Build and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and custom applications
- Configure forms, fields, notifications, and reports as per business needs
- Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and other tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions
- Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and enhance platform capabilities
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- Proficient in ServiceNow development: workflows, business rules, UI scripts, and custom applications
- Strong knowledge of front-end development using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS
- Experience integrating external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, GRC, CMDB, ITOM, and custom apps
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies
