Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain business processes and integrations on IBM EAI platforms.
- Provide production support, monitor file processes, and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Design and enhance Maps for data transformation and integration flows.
- Manage B2Bi Sterling Integrator tasks including translation, transmission, and process automation.
- Develop and monitor dashboards for operational insights and issue tracking.
- Utilize tools like Sterling File Gateway and Sterling Secure Proxy for secure integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of integration solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in business process creation and enhancement.
- Strong skills in file process monitoring and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in Map development for data transformation and routing.
- Experience with B2Bi IBM Sterling Integrator, translation, and transmission processes.
- Familiarity with dashboards, troubleshooting, and protocol management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Sterling File Gateway and Sterling Secure Proxy.
- Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Exposure to hybrid cloud and AI-based integration projects.
