🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements
- Work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and/or Marketing Cloud
- Develop Lightning components and Apex classes/triggers
- Participate in client demos, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
- Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce architecture
- Support solution deployment, data migration, and post-go-live enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, testing, and product management
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices
- Contribute to project documentation such as design documents, use cases, and test plans
✅ Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 1–2 years of relevant Salesforce implementation experience
- Strong understanding of:
- Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Triggers
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Communities
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration, REST APIs, and project methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Heroku, eCommerce, and Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication, client handling, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage deliverables, timelines, and cross-team collaboration
- Experience with design documentation, effort estimation, and quality assurance
