💼 Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Senior Consultant at Deloitte India, you will:
- Lead Salesforce implementation projects from design to deployment.
- Develop Salesforce solutions using configuration and customization.
- Work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds.
- Handle Salesforce Lightning components and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and system architectures.
- Conduct design & development workshops with clients.
- Manage client relationships and lead a cross-functional team.
- Create detailed documentation: use cases, test plans, training manuals, etc.
- Prepare effort estimates and system design documentation.
- Contribute to Deloitte eminence through sector knowledge and thought leadership.
- Stay updated with emerging Salesforce trends and technologies.
🛠 Skills & Expertise
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in Salesforce implementations (3–4 end-to-end projects).
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce features like Lightning, Communities, Integration, and Apex.
- Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Industry-specific Salesforce products.
- Strong understanding of Force.com platform and best practices.
- Ability to manage client demos, technical workshops, and design reviews.
- Familiarity with tools like Heroku and Salesforce e-commerce integrations (preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
🎓 Qualifications
- Graduate in Science or Engineering from a reputed institute.
- 6–7 years of relevant experience in Salesforce consulting or solution design.
- Previous experience working in a Big 4 or professional services firm (preferred).
- Willingness to travel for domestic or international client engagements.
