✅ Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce APEX Consultant at Deloitte Bengaluru, you will:
- Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Cloud solutions
- Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes using Salesforce capabilities
- Collaborate across teams to ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions
- Create all necessary project documentation (requirements, design, testing, user manuals)
- Handle project milestones and client deliverables in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Support ongoing enhancement and maintenance of existing Salesforce implementations
🛠 Required Skills & Expertise
- 3–5 years of Salesforce APEX development experience
- Strong understanding of Lightning framework, Salesforce integrations, and implementation methodology
- Proven work on Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, or Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of Heroku, eCommerce integration, or Force.com is a plus
- Familiarity with best practices in Salesforce security, configuration, and automation
- Experience leading small technical teams and managing client-facing roles
- Ability to manage deliverables with attention to detail, timelines, and scope
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline from a premier institute
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Admin, Consultant) preferred
- Prior consulting or service-based industry experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
