🧾 Role Overview

As a Technical Architect – AEM at Deloitte, you will be responsible for:

• Leading architecture, customization, and implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of customer experience platforms.
• Providing architectural oversight on headless, hybrid, and traditional CMS projects.
• Optimizing performance, security, and scalability of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions.
• Managing integrations with external systems (APIs, commerce platforms, search engines, etc.).
• Supporting business development efforts, including RFP responses and technical pitches.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AEM architectures across multiple environments.
• Provide expert-level guidance to developers, testers, and stakeholders.
• Lead code reviews and enforce best practices in AEM development.
• Manage AEM-related server configurations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all implementations align with security and compliance standards.
• Support and mentor team members across geographies.
• Participate in client-facing presentations and solutioning workshops.

💡 Core Skills & Tools

• AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) – architecture, component development, templates.
• Adobe Target, Campaign, Analytics, and other Adobe suite tools.
• Web development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
• Experience integrating AEM with APIs, headless CMS, and commerce engines.
• Server-side debugging and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of Linux environments, DevOps practices, and caching/CDN strategies.

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 8+ years of total experience in software development with minimum 2 years in AEM architecture.
• Proven experience working with Adobe Marketing Cloud and customer experience platforms.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with direct client interaction experience.
• Previous experience with reusable assets or accelerators is a plus.
