📌 Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant – Salesforce at Deloitte, your core duties will include:

• Leading Salesforce solution architecture and full-cycle implementations
• Customizing and configuring Salesforce Lightning components, process automation, workflows, etc.
• Managing project deliverables including effort estimation, system design, test plans, and training documentation
• Directly interacting with clients for business requirement gathering, demos, and workshops
• Leading project teams and mentoring junior consultants and developers
• Proactively identifying project risks and providing mitigation strategies
• Keeping up with emerging Salesforce technologies and applying them to business solutions
• Creating reusable assets, whitepapers, and technical best practices

🛠 Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of Salesforce consulting or development experience
• 4–5 end-to-end Salesforce implementations (global or Indian clients)
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, or Industry Clouds
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Familiarity with Heroku, eCommerce integrations, and cloud environments is a plus
• Ability to manage clients independently and lead cross-functional project teams
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills

🎓 Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Graduates from premier institutes preferred
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.) are a plus
