Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, your core responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing Salesforce solutions using configuration and customization features.
- Leading Salesforce implementation projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Communities.
- Managing multi-member teams and overseeing client deliverables and engagements.
- Conducting client workshops, demos, and requirements gathering sessions.
- Creating project documentation such as requirement documents, system design, use cases, test plans, and training manuals.
- Identifying and mitigating risks within the project workstreams.
- Continuously improving client processes through Salesforce best practices.
- Staying updated on global Salesforce trends and emerging technologies to enhance client solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 6 to 7 years experience in Salesforce consulting or management roles.
- Proven track record of 3-4 full lifecycle Salesforce implementations (India or global).
- Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Platform, Communities, and Heroku (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration, and Force.com best practices.
- Experience leading client engagements and managing project teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Graduate degree in Science, Engineering, or related fields from reputed institutions.
- Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
- Strong project discipline with a focus on timely and quality deliverables.
