Key Responsibilities

As a Director – SAP BTP, you will:

• Lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of SAP BTP solutions for complex client engagements.
• Drive cloud adoption, digital transformation, and business innovation using SAP BTP capabilities.
• Design scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise solutions in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
• Manage large project teams and vendor relationships to ensure successful implementation and support.
• Develop roadmaps and frameworks to help clients leverage BTP for agility and innovation.
• Provide thought leadership on SAP BTP trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Ensure governance, security, and regulatory compliance in solution delivery.
• Mentor and develop technical teams in SAP BTP and related cloud technologies.
• Identify business growth opportunities and contribute to proposals and client engagements.

Skills & Expertise

• Expertise in SAP BTP components: SAP HANA, Analytics Cloud, Integration Suite, Extension Suite, and AI/ML services.
• Strong solution architecture and cloud-native application design skills.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA integration and transformation projects.
• Familiarity with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire large, cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, with focus on SAP technologies and cloud platforms.
• Proven experience delivering SAP BTP or similar cloud-based solutions.

Preferred:

• SAP certifications related to SAP BTP or SAP Cloud Platform.
• Experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Track record in AI/ML-driven enterprise solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
