JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Sales & Research P&A Associate – AFR Reporting in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will lead management reporting, competitor benchmarking, and revenue forecasting, supporting front office sales, senior management, and the Operating Committee. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and report revenue numbers for front office sales, including team and individual scorecards.
• Produce management presentations for business reviews, offsites, and townhalls.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and provide insights under tight timelines.
• Lead and coordinate revenue budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support ad-hoc requests and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system migrations.
• Analyze client profitability and deliver insights to senior management.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives using tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across P&A, technology, and lines of business to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Maintain sales reference data and controls to guarantee revenue accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business managers and regional leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Business Objects, Alteryx, and Tableau.
• Ability to synthesize multiple data sets into actionable recommendations.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Strong team orientation, critical thinking, and strategic mindset.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years of relevant P&A experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience in front office sales reporting and competitor analysis.
• Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes in banking or securities.
