Key Responsibilities
Client Portfolio Management:
- Lead and grow a portfolio of domestic and multinational P&C clients.
- Implement client retention, cross-sell, and up-sell strategies to maximize portfolio growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs and decision-makers.
Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Drive new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Provide technical guidance on RFQs, QCRs, bespoke coverages, and risk management solutions.
- Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Relationship Managers and Account Executives.
- Ensure delivery excellence through team coaching and performance management.
- Collaborate with underwriters, insurers, and internal risk engineering teams for strategic client solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong technical expertise in Property, Engineering, and Marine insurance.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client portfolios end-to-end.

Qualifications & Eligibility
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Insurance, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
