Key Responsibilities
As a Structural Design Engineer – L&T Realty, you will:
- Lead the design and execution of high-rise residential buildings from concept to construction.
- Ensure design to cost principles while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Develop and implement SOPs and timelines to deliver projects on schedule.
- Work collaboratively with local and international consultants.
- Apply technical expertise in construction methodologies and innovative design solutions.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities (MCGM, SRA, UDCPR, MHADA, MOEF, RERA) for compliance.
- Stay updated on market trends, byelaws, and international best practices.
- Handle projects independently, from feasibility to execution stages.
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and stakeholder communication.
- Display adaptability, interpersonal skills, and leadership in cross-functional environments.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong foundation in structural design engineering.

Qualifications
