Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and manage a team of graduates, executives, seniors, and assistant managers in delivering high-quality audits.
- Act as Performance Manager, coaching AMs and TLs to enhance leadership and technical skills.
- Mentor junior team members and support career development initiatives.
- Deliver technical training sessions and implement feedback-driven learning programs.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as main point of contact for onshore departments and build strong relationships with client champions.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and staff utilization on audits.
- Maintain regular communication with senior management and onshore contacts to monitor project quality and feedback.
- Contribute to business growth by supporting client relationship development.
Audit Delivery & Process Excellence
- Lead audits for international banking clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global standards.
- Utilize innovative audit tools and techniques to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Track key performance metrics, deliverables, and quality feedback from onshore teams.
- Collaborate with recruitment and L&D teams to support hiring and training initiatives.
