Responsibilities
As a UX Designer Consultant, you will:
- Represent the design studio during client visits, walkthroughs, and innovation demos.
- Deliver immersive storytelling presentations showcasing UX research, UI design, prototyping, and testing.
- Collaborate with design teams to transform project context into presentation-ready experiences.
- Confidently present design solutions across industries — including banking, energy, gamification, and personalization.
- Manage studio readiness with demos, devices, screens, and case study videos.
- Act as a bridge between design craft and business storytelling.
Skills & Competencies
We are looking for professionals with:
- 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience in product or consulting environments.
- Strong storytelling and client-facing presentation skills (visual + verbal).
- Solid understanding of UX processes — wireframes, design systems, prototyping, and testing.
- Confidence in handling live demos and impromptu walkthroughs.
- Ability to adapt communication for business, technical, and creative stakeholders.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced studio environment.
Qualifications
