Key Responsibilities
Learning Design & Content Development
- Develop and update custom learning solutions that align with evolving business needs.
- Design instructional content such as e-learning, role plays, simulations, and masterclasses.
- Apply learning science and behavioral change frameworks to adult learning programs.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with subject matter experts, consultants, and vendor partners to co-create learning solutions.
- Partner with leadership teams to align learning initiatives with business outcomes.
- Support program standardization and customization across global learning platforms.
Quality & Innovation
- Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and scalable for global learners.
- Leverage generative AI tools to design innovative and interactive training materials.
- Continuously enhance curriculums, assessments, and digital content.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of proven experience in instructional design and learning development.
- Strong expertise in adult learning principles, curriculum design, and assessment development.
- Experience creating ILT, VILT, WBT, micro-learning, and social learning solutions.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and tools such as Slack, Trello.
- Strong review skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for global collaboration.
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in learning design.
- Prior consulting or cross-functional client team experience is a strong advantage.
