Responsibilities
As an AP Client Team Analyst at BCG Gurgaon, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the investment desk approval and syndication process, including data tracking and ROI analysis.
- Assisting Client Coordinating Officers (CCOs) and senior leadership with best practices, communications, and peer-learning initiatives.
- Providing commercial analysis of AP client portfolio, profitability, and growth.
- Partnering with global and regional teams on commercial initiatives.
- Managing and analyzing large investments, including mid-year and year-end reviews.
- Collaborating with Finance, Legal, Risk, and other support functions.
- Supporting internal communications, workshops, podcasts, and microsite updates.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements for commercial governance.
- Delivering high-quality analysis for global investment reports.
- Handling ad hoc special projects and commercial priorities across Asia Pacific.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Skilled in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and comfortable with data analysis.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–7 years of experience in consulting, finance, or professional services.
- Prior experience at BCG or in a strategy consulting environment is highly valued.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with SAP systems is an advantage.
