Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is looking for an experienced Team Member – MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) to join our Technology Transfer team in Baddi, India. Key Responsibilities
As a Technology Transfer Team Member (MSAT), you will:
- Lead validation activities, including preparation, review, and approval of MPRs, validation protocols, and reports.
- Manage technology transfer processes:
- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Execute tech transfer products at receiving manufacturing units.
- Conduct process investigations and improvements, including:
- Identifying root causes for QIP (Quality Improvement Projects) and OOS/OOT cases.
- Executing corrective actions and providing recommendations.
- Ensure all validations are conducted in compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support validation and reporting systems.
- Participate in internal and external audits, presenting documents and ensuring regulatory readiness.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience in process development, scale-up, and technology transfer of OSD formulations.
- Strong background in process engineering, Quality by Design (QbD) principles, and risk assessments.
- Knowledge of ICH guidelines, product/process development requirements, and validation practices.
Behavioral Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a compliance-first mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- 6–8 years of experience in MSAT, Process Development, or Technology Transfer within Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulations.
