Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Consultant at Deloitte Bengaluru, you will:
- Design and implement Salesforce CRM solutions using configuration and customization.
- Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce platform.
- Understand client requirements, prepare effort estimates, and develop overall system design.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations including workshops, demos, and client management.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices in solution design and delivery.
- Manage multi-member project teams and client deliverables.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support business transformation.
- Document system design, use cases, test plans, and training materials.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from a premier institute.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Salesforce consulting/implementation projects.
- Must-Have Skills:
- Salesforce Lightning
- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Communities
- Salesforce integration
- Project implementation methodologies
- Good to Have:
- Heroku and e-commerce knowledge
- Marketing Cloud / Industry clouds experience
- Salesforce certification
- Strong project discipline, client handling, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel for project needs.
