Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Configuration
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
- Configure workflows, approval processes, flows, and process builders.
- Maintain user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Data Management
- Perform data imports, exports, and updates using Data Loader.
- Ensure data integrity through deduplication and validation checks.
Release & Deployment
- Support release management and configuration changes for deployment.
- Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure smooth UAT and production rollouts.
Documentation & Support
- Maintain detailed configuration documentation and change logs.
- Provide L2/L3 support for configuration-related issues.
Collaboration
- Partner with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into Salesforce configurations.
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Proficiency with Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce security model and sharing settings.
- Experience with Data Loader and Change Sets.
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Configuration & Customization Certification.
