📋 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain physical servers, including OS installation, patching, and performance tuning.
- Administer VMware environments (vSphere/ESXi), including VM provisioning, snapshot management, backup verification, and migrations.
- Monitor and manage SAN/NAS storage infrastructure to ensure proper allocation, redundancy, and zoning.
- Implement and test storage replication, protection mechanisms, and participate in disaster recovery (DR) drills.
- Act as Level-2 escalation for server and storage incidents.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of infrastructure changes, server inventory, and system configurations.
- Ensure backup completion and high availability of critical data and applications.

- Experience: 4–6 years in server and storage administration.
- Education: Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere/ESXi, Windows/Linux server administration, SAN/NAS storage management (QSAN preferred).
