Key Responsibilities
As a Workforce Software Manager at Deloitte India, your role will involve:
- Workforce Software Integration: Lead and contribute to the design, implementation, and configuration of Workforce Software for clients globally.
- End-to-End Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to testing and deployment, ensuring high-quality integration.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage technologies such as JavaScript, SQL, XML, SOAP, and REST to build seamless integrations and enhance system performance.
- Business Process Design: Collaborate with clients to implement business processes and design reports within Workforce Software.
- Web Services Integration: Use web service standards like XML, XPath, XSLT, and SOAP to deliver custom integration solutions.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to deliver optimal integration solutions and resolve issues.
- Project Scope Management: Oversee project scope, client expectations, and ensure timely delivery of integration milestones.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing production and warranty support for the implemented systems.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- Workforce Software Expertise: Extensive experience with Workforce Software configuration and integration, particularly in a global HR transformation context.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, XML, SOAP, and REST to support system integration efforts.
- Project Management: Ability to lead and manage end-to-end Workforce Software Integration projects, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills to manage client expectations and deliver tailored solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to provide practical, innovative solutions during design sessions and while troubleshooting integration issues.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with diverse internal teams and third-party vendors.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HCM, Reporting, and Security configurations in Workforce Software.
- Knowledge of web service technologies like SOAP, REST, and UDDI.
- Experience in change management and risk management in large-scale implementations.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in Workforce Software Integration, including experience in HR transformation projects.
- Proven track record of leading projects involving Workforce Software integrations in global environments.
