Key Responsibilities
- Assist project teams across multiple Workday HCM implementation and testing projects.
- Work as a Business Analyst, Tester, or Developer depending on project needs.
- Support end-to-end Workday implementation including modules: Recruiting, HCM, Talent, Performance Management, Compensation, Skills, Absence, Benefits.
- Perform manual and automated testing, defect management, and test case preparation.
- Participate in integration testing and Workday connectors (PECI/WECI, Core Connector, Studio).
- Prepare project deliverables and contribute to technical and functional knowledge development.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and compliance standards.
- Follow Agile methodologies for project delivery and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Maintain professional relationships, enhance PwC brand, and stay updated with Workday and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Workday HCM Functional/QA/Developer experience across multiple modules.
- Strong experience in manual testing; exposure to automation testing preferred.
- Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Skills
- Workday Certifications (Functional or Technical).
- Experience with Workday integrations and end-to-end implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile project methodology.
Educational Qualifications
- Required: BE / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MBA (full-time degree).
- Minimum Academic Requirement: 60%+ in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
