Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Resourcer at Mott MacDonald, you will:

• Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) business leads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Draft and post job descriptions through SAP SuccessFactors and other recruitment platforms.
• Review applications and screen candidates for diverse engineering and professional service roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using internal databases, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, engaging candidate experience.
• Support the offer and onboarding process, including reference checks and compliance documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and reports in accordance with data protection standards.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Promote Mott MacDonald’s employer brand through thoughtful candidate interactions and outreach.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in talent acquisition workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in global talent sourcing within a professional services or engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. hiring practices and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours to align with North American time zones.
• Proactive, adaptable, and inclusive work approach.

• Experience working in international or cross-functional recruitment teams.
