Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, build, test, and deployment of Workday integration solutions aligned with HR transformation initiatives.
- Develop, document, and maintain program code following industry best practices and software development standards.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Workday integration and functional issues with minimal supervision.
- Translate functional business requirements into precise technical specifications and integration designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure delivery exceeds expectations and enhances Workday end-user experience.
- Build and deploy integrations using Cloud Connectors, CCW, EIB, and Workday Studio independently.
- Utilize web service technologies including REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSL, PGP, and SAML for seamless system interoperability.
- Provide production support, resolve incidents, and maintain Workday integration stability.
- Participate in Agile SDLC processes for continuous delivery and improvement of HR tech solutions.
- Support business process configuration and security aligned with Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Recruitment, Payroll, etc.).
Skills & Qualifications
- Certified in Workday Integration or certified in Workday HCM modules plus at least one additional module (Absence, Compensation, Time Tracking, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting).
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Workday integration, functional development, and support.
- Deep expertise with Workday integration tools: Cloud Connectors, EIB, CCW, Studio, PECI/PICOF.
- Proficient in XML, XSLT, XPath, Web Services APIs, REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSL, PGP, and SAML technologies.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to independently lead integration workstreams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Understanding of HCM functional modules, business process configuration, and Workday security models.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Self-driven learner with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, or a related field is preferred.
