🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Configure and test Workday Talent and Succession Planning modules
- Implement Goals Configuration, Employee Reviews, Talent and Careers, Feedback, Competency Framework, and Performance Calibration
- Deliver functional and technical client deliverables with quality assurance
- Perform Workday tenant build using workbooks, provisioning, and administration of PAAS Environment Strategy
- Support deployment, bug fixes, and generate meaningful reports
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand client requirements and deliver solutions on time
🛠️ Must-Have Certifications
- Workday HCM Core Certification
- Workday Talent and Succession Planning Certification
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Talent and Succession Planning in global rollouts
- Strong ability to configure business processes such as goals, employee reviews, feedback, and calibration
- At least one end-to-end Workday implementation experience as a Talent and Succession Planning consultant
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
🌟 Preferred Skills & Experience
- Reporting and Business Process configuration knowledge
- Experience with other Workday modules: Recruitment, Compensation, Learning (advantageous)
- Exposure to all phases of Workday implementation lifecycle
