Key Responsibilities
As a Vice President in EY Business Consulting – TMT, you will:
- Client Delivery & Execution
- Lead delivery of high-quality consulting engagements in strategy and transformation.
- Build strong client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure service excellence.
- Conceptualize innovative solutions for client problems and oversee execution.
- Monitor engagement progress, risks, and deliverables.
- Business Development
- Manage client accounts and drive revenue growth through strategic opportunities.
- Develop compelling value propositions, proposals, and business cases.
- Leverage industry expertise to enhance EY’s consulting solutions.
- Knowledge & Thought Leadership
- Publish insights, articles, and POVs on TMT trends and transformation.
- Contribute to knowledge management and innovation initiatives.
- People & Team Leadership
- Lead large multi-functional consulting teams across TMT.
- Mentor and coach consultants, senior managers, and managers.
- Drive recruitment, people development, and performance management.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within EY.
Required Qualifications
- MBA from a premier Tier-I institute (IIM/ISB/XLRI or equivalent).
- 8–12 years of consulting or technology services experience.
- Strong expertise in at least three of the following:

- Revenue Acceleration & Growth Strategy
- Profitability Improvement
