The team is composed of technology specialists, UX/UI designers, product managers, data scientists, and quality engineers, delivering scalable digital products and platforms that transform business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Conduct domain research and comparative analysis for informed decision-making.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements as user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Support requirements validation and participate in user testing sessions.
- Facilitate gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact analysis for new features.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Serve as a point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholder discussions.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and development teams to define workflows and user experiences.
Agile Delivery & Product Support
- Define and maintain product backlog, prioritizing features by business value and dependencies.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered features against requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in Agile software development.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with business process analysis, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and product management tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, QA, and business teams.
- MBA preferred, Engineering degree advantageous.
- Strategic mindset with analytical thinking and tech-savvy approach.
