Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Recovery Management
- Analyze incremental portfolio trends and forecast potential losses
- Manage complex case allocations, joint agency visits, and escalations for efficient recoveries
- Initiate legal proceedings, collaborate with legal teams, and facilitate actions like summons, property attachment, and police coordination
Planning, Budgeting & Monitoring
- Conduct capacity planning and propose agency expansions as needed
- Set and monitor monthly/annual recovery goals (AOP) and performance milestones
- Oversee budget tracking including agency costs and payment validations
Agency & Vendor Oversight
- Evaluate monthly agency performance, identify underperformance, and implement corrective action plans
- Maintain consistent engagement with agencies, address compliance issues, and facilitate audit follow-ups
Team Leadership & Performance Tracking
- Allocate cases across regions, assess location-specific capacity, and track vendor availability
- Monitor key performance indicators like recovery percentages, collection efficiency, and portfolio quality
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 6–12 years of experience in collections, collections team leadership, and vendor management
- Proven ability to manage high-value delinquent cases and drive recoveries
- Strong analytical skills, negotiation capability, and decision-making under pressure
- Skilled at leading teams, managing agencies, and improving performance metrics
