Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop creative assets across multiple mediums, including web, mobile, and print.
- Build digital assets for marketing campaigns that align with campaign themes across other touchpoints.
- Assist in planning and creating designs for marketing automation campaigns including email, social media, and PPC.
- Design landing page and email templates using custom CSS and styling to support brand messaging.
- Develop onsite creatives with A/B testing and improved UX to drive user engagement.
- Create dynamic and static banners for Google Display Network and other third-party networks.
- Assist in website design with wireframing, UX planning, and UI best practices.
- Design printed collateral, signage, print ads, and other brand materials.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in UI/UX design, graphic design, and visual storytelling.
- Strong knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or equivalent.
- Experience with email template design, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
- Understanding of user experience principles, A/B testing, and responsive design.
- Ability to create high-quality designs for both digital and print media.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Experience in marketing campaign design and digital branding projects.
- Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS) for email and landing page design.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating UI/UX, web, and graphic design projects.
