Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain resource documents reflecting technical, regulatory, and procedural changes.
- Facilitate annual reviews of all resource documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and governance leads to validate content.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting professional growth within the team.
- Coordinate with global colleagues to align documentation and fiduciary practices.
- Execute multiple priorities efficiently, maintaining attention to detail and compliance standards.
- Assist in managing system access and supporting team operational needs.
- Translate complex communications into actionable insights for internal processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or trust administration.
- Strong expertise in document management, technical writing, and resource development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level correspondence.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing junior professionals.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of global trust statutes and fiduciary regulations.
- Familiarity with JPM Wealth Management systems such as SCRIBE, Connect, Document Tracking System, and ACES.
- Advanced Excel, SharePoint, or document automation skills.
- Ability to analyze and translate regulatory or procedural information into clear, actionable documentation.
