Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cloud adoption, migration, and modernization programs end-to-end.
  • Drive large-scale IT transformation, transition, and optimization initiatives.
  • Manage multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid cloud strategies.
  • Implement DevOps, SRE, and cloud-native development methodologies across programs.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for cloud programs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure successful program delivery.
  • Facilitate Agile, Scrum, and SAFe processes for program execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

Skills & Expertise

  • IT Program/Project Management with cloud transformation expertise.
  • Deep understanding of cloud architectures, security frameworks, and automation strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive complex digital transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 15+ years of IT program/project management experience, including 5+ years in cloud transformation programs.
  • Preferred certifications:
    • PMP (Project Management Professional)
    • PRINCE2 Practitioner
    • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Agile Scrum Master
    • AWS, Azure, or GCP Cloud Practitioner (preferred but not mandatory)
